Why was my card declined

For customers in US, your credit card might be rejected by your bank for international purchases as our payment account is set up in Hong Kong. You may give your bank a quick call to confirm the purchase if that was the case, or you can choose the PayPal payment gateway during checkout.


How do I apply my discount?

Once you have entered the checkout page with the items from your cart,  paste/type in your discount code in the "Discount" box and hit "Apply".


What is your shipping policy?

Our mission is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times. 

Shipping Times

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to our warehouse for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. Our warehouse processes the orders, which takes an additional 2 - 4 days. You will receive an email shipping confirmation with the tracking number when you order ships.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 12 - 20 days. US orders are shipped through USPS First Class International.

    United States: 12 – 20 days

    International: 18 – 25 days

    Tracking

    Tracking numbers are automatically generated when we print your shipping label during order processing. A shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number with the subject “[Minimal Totem] Your order (order number) is on the way” is then sent directly to the email address provided by you during checkout within 2 - 4 days.

    Please check your email’s “spam” folders if you did not receive a tracking number.

    Customs and Duties

    Each country determines their own import laws and regulations, and unfortunately, we do not have the ability to determine or quote any import fees, taxes, duties, or tariffs.

    Our international shipping rates do not include any import taxes, customs duties or fees that may arise when a shipment reaches the destination country.

    All applicable customs fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Additionally, we do not refund customs, duties, taxes, VAT, or tariffs.

    If you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, the original shipping cost, plus any brokerage, customs, duty, taxes incurred by us on your behalf, as well as any return shipping charges will not be refunded.

    The recipient of merchandise is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

    If a package is refused or returned to us due to inaccurate address information, determined undeliverable, or declined at customs, the buyer assumes shipping costs associated with re-shipping of merchandise prior to re-shipment.

    We cannot be held responsible for packaged seized by customs.

    Order Changes/Cancellations

    Order changes or cancellations are possible. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate any changes. Once an order has shipped, you must return the package to us prior to receiving a refund, buy is to bear the return shipping fees.

    Can I have my order shipped to a P.O. box?

    Yes. Orders that are shipped through USPS air mail can be delivered to a P.O. box address.

    What is your return/exchange policy?

    We offer a 30 day exchange or refund policy on all products. This means that you have 30 days from the day that the carrier delivers the package to you to exchange it or refund. For complete details, please review our Return Policy.


    What is the warranty of your products?

    Minimal Totem guarantees that items we ship to you will be the quality, weight, size and style described herein. If any item you receive is not substantially the same as described, upon our receipt of the nonconforming item in new condition and accompanied by all documents we shipped to you with the item, at the option of Minimal Totem, we will either replace the item with an item that is substantially as described herein or refund all amounts you paid, including shipping and handling costs.

    Size Chart

    All our rings are in standard US sizes. If you have an existing ring that is a comfortable fit on your finger and doesn't slip off your knuckle, then that would be perfect to find your ring size.
